Tuff Stuff Jerky Company is proud to produce natural beef jerky, free from preservatives and MSG, using real wood smoke and quality spices. This simplicity makes us unique. The use of sodium nitrate/nitrite allow greater industry yields, but result in less beef per ounce, made up mostly with water and sugar. We have noticed that our customers don’t like most mass-produced jerky because of the soft texture and taste of poor quality meat. Nor do they like the overly sweet flavors that are intended to mask the poor quality. Tuff Stuff Jerky is whole muscle American beef and quality spices, and has the highest protein to weight ratio of any product you will find on the market.
The industry has trained some customers to crave sugary filler, despite the adverse health characteristics. We offer a more delicious, healthy and natural alternative to the sweet and soft jerky we rebuke.
