 Tuff Stuff Premium Beef Jerky is crafted in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We still combine Papa Jim’s tried and true secret blends of fresh spices and make our own special teriyaki sauce. NO Nitrites, MSG OR Artificial ingredients EVER!
We use this rich spice blend and marinate solid pieces (100% visually lean) of top round beef. The jerky is wood smoked  and dried naturally for a hearty, mouthwatering flavor. “If it is worth doing, do it right!” was both Jim and son Brad’s belief. This tradition is carried on by wife, Betty, a new generation of Fletchers and a hard working crew as a tribute to both, Jim and Brad, since their passing.Once you experience our traditional, genuine western style beef jerky, you’ll know you have found a new friend.
